LED PAR Lamps

Looking for brighter and more efficient lighting? LED PAR lamps are an ideal replacement for legacy incandescent or halogen PAR lamps. US LED can provide LED PARs for indoor applications like track lighting or recessed cans. Using considerably less energy and lasting longer than traditional bulbs, LED PAR lamps can virtually eliminate maintenance costs associated with parts and labor. For even more savings in the form of rebates, look for LED lamps that offer additional certifications like Energy Star.
Unlike traditional PAR lamps which only produce a wide flood light, LED PAR bulbs can produce a variety of beam angles to get the light exactly where you need it the most. Beam angles can range from narrow spots (less than 10 degrees) up to wide floods (greater than 50 degrees).
Correlated Color Temperature (CCT) defines the color appearance of the LED lighting and is defined in degrees of Kelvin (K). Warm light starts around 2700K, moving to neutral around 4000k, and cooler white light at 5000K or more. Make sure to choosing the right CCT for your LED PAR lamps to best define your application.
Many new LED PARs have a high color rendering index (CRI) that make them perfect for retail lighting. CRI, defined on a scale from 0 to 100, is the measurement of light concerning how it affects the appearance of colors. The higher the CRI, the more accurate the colors would be in comparison to natural light.
LED PAR lamps can be used in a variety of indoor and outdoor applications. The most common applications include accent lighting in offices, retail stores, and other commercial spaces. Higher CRI PAR lamps are used commonly inside museums and art galleries to highlight exhibits. Retail stores use LED PARs to showcase high-end merchandise and special offers.
